Floridian Fund
Real Estate Investments
- Ownership: Investors hold equity positions in the property, entitling them to a share of the property's income and any appreciation in its value.
- Profit Sharing: Returns come from rental income generated by the property and capital appreciation upon sale.
Loans
- Lending Structure: Floridian Fund acts as the direct Lender, providing financing to property owners or developers, short term (1-3 Years) for a predetermined interest rate. Floridian Fund administers, manages, approves and funds the payouts to all investors. All Loans are secured by the Asset along with Floridian Funds due diligence mitigating the risk, providing for safe, consistent returns for the Investor.
- Fixed Returns: Offers predictable returns through periodic interest payments.
Raise Capital
The Capital raised will be warehoused and or committed to by the Investor, with the investment in each project based on qualifying conditions that meets the minimum objective rate of return of the fund @ 12% APR. These investments will be secured by the asset invested in, along with a profit participation of each investment or group of investments. Investment conditions will be decided by our team with over 40 years of in depth experience, to mitigate the risk relative to the rewards. All Capital Investment will have defined terms and conditions, along with payouts and preferred returns specified for the investor to allow for a seamless experience. Progress reporting will be provided on a Monthly basis to update our investors.
